I had a 4 o'clock meeting booked. When I arrived the representative wasn't even there. So I was given a card to contact for a later date. It was a complete waste of time.

The Sales Office was locked when I showed up at 3:00 for my appointment. I tried calling the phone number given online and the number listed on the sign at the Sales Office and left a message. What a complete waste of my time.
